Why Donate?

Making art is expensive. Making art that isn’t focused on being home decor but to make people think and act is monetarily catastrophic. Yet we expect it to be part of our lives and society.

In all movements towards peace, justice and liberation art has played an important role. Protest art makes us think. Gives us hope. Channels emotions. The intention of my making is to be part of that.

However it is expensive to make art and this kind of art is hard to sell. And I work in many different medias. With spray paints and stencils making art on the streets. With brushes, paints and canvas. With chainsaws and gouges making wooden sculptures and so on. Meaning a lot of costs for tools and materials.
